COMMERCIAL HIGH LEVEL CLEANING
Tri-Wall UK - Monmouth, South Wales, NP25
Client's Challenge
Tri-Wall UK required a specialist high level cleaning contractor to remove accumulated dust and debris from accessible high-level areas throughout their manufacturing facility.
As a live operational site running standard daytime production shifts, the client needed the works completed without disrupting production, staff movement, or on-site operations. The cleaning programme therefore had to be carefully planned and delivered outside of operational hours while maintaining strict health and safety compliance.
Assessment & Planning
An accredited APT ICC surveyor attended site to carry out a full assessment of contamination levels, access requirements, and operational constraints.
Following the assessment, a tailored high level cleaning plan and out-of-hours work schedule were agreed with Tri-Wall UK. This ensured full compliance with site health and safety procedures while guaranteeing zero impact on production activities.
Methodology
APT ICC carried out the high level cleaning works using a controlled, dry-cleaning approach suitable for industrial environments.
The works were delivered as follows:
1. Safe access to high-level beams, ledges, and structural elements using certified access equipment.
2. Dry wipe cleaning combined with industrial-grade vacuum systems to remove accumulated dust and debris.
3. Controlled debris capture to prevent airborne contamination within the facility.
4. Ongoing inspections to ensure consistent cleaning standards across all treated areas.
This methodology ensured effective dust removal while maintaining a clean and controlled working environment.
