As the hotel was in a busy main street, it was essential that consideration was given to pedestrian and client access as well as advising on road traffic management. As APT have managed hundreds of commercial cleaning projects over 30 years we were able to provide the required Health & Safety guidance procedures, allowing the management team to continue with their own tasks.
We carried out a full property survey with the client management team and discussed the various options and approach to the render cleaning and agree how to clean algae at the Newport Hotel.
Once our surveyor attended site we were asked if our maintenance team could provide solutions for replacement of security grills, cladding and doors. We advised that we could repair rather than replace thus saving the client thousands of pounds.
